SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO
addresses, or US territories at this time.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on
weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will
receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

  Standard Shipping — FREE on every order
  Estimated delivery: 12–22 business days after shipment

  Priority Shipping — $9.99
  Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after shipment

Delivery estimates begin from the date your order ships, not the purchase date.
These are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email. You can track your
order at any time at: preservedaily.com/apps/parcelpanel

INTERNATIONAL FULFILLMENT
We fulfill orders from an international distribution center. This is why
transit times may be longer than typical domestic US shipments. We guarantee
the quality and authenticity of every product shipped.

DELAYS
During periods of high order volume, transit times may be at the longer end of
the stated ranges. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window,
wait an additional 5 business days before contacting us. If still unresolved,
email hello@preservedaily.com with your order number.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs fees and import
duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package: check with
neighbors, wait 48 hours, file a search with the carrier. If still missing,
email hello@preservedaily.com within 14 days of the tracked delivery date.
Claims received more than 14 days after tracked delivery are not eligible.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Photograph the damage before opening and email hello@preservedaily.com within
14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

TITLE AND RISK OF LOSS
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not
responsible for delays or losses caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure.
