Refund Policy
Effective date: May 2026

PRESERVE™ is a clinical-grade consumable dietary supplement designed to work
over a 60-day daily protocol. Every first order is backed by a 60-day
money-back guarantee. Because consumable supplements cannot be returned to
inventory or resold under applicable food safety guidelines, this guarantee
is built around a documented protocol — not a no-questions-asked promise.
Please read this policy in full before ordering. By placing an order you
confirm you have read, understood, and accepted every term below.

THE SHORT VERSION
- Applies to your first order only (not subscription auto-renewals or repeat
  orders)
- You must take PRESERVE™ daily for at least 60 consecutive days
- You must record two objective measurements — one before you start, one at
  day 60 (see §3.5)
- Your complete refund dossier must be received within 70 calendar days of
  delivery (60 days of use + 10 days to submit)
- You must ship your used bottle back to us at YOUR expense within 7 calendar
  days of refund approval
- Original shipping, handling, and any taxes are non-refundable
- Refund issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of
  receipt of the returned bottle
- One refund per household, per lifetime

§1. WHO IS ELIGIBLE
To be eligible for a refund, ALL of the following must be true:
1. You purchased directly from our website. Third-party purchases are excluded.
2. The order is your first PRESERVE™ purchase or the first shipment of a newly
   opened subscription.
3. No prior PRESERVE™ refund has been issued to your household, address,
   payment method, or email.
4. You used the product daily and consecutively for 60 calendar days at the
   labeled dose.
5. You took the baseline measurement within 72 hours of starting and the
   endpoint measurement on day 60 (±2 days), using the same method.
6. Your complete refund dossier was received within 70 calendar days of
   delivery.
7. The purchase was for personal use. Wholesale, bulk, B2B, resale orders
   are excluded.

Failure to meet any one of the above disqualifies the request.

§2. WHY THIS POLICY EXISTS
PRESERVE™ is a consumable dietary supplement. Once a bottle is opened, food
safety guidelines prohibit us from returning it to inventory or reselling it.
Every requirement in this policy exists to ensure that the customers we refund
are the ones who actually followed the protocol.

§3. THE REFUND DOSSIER — REQUIRED SUBMISSIONS
Send ALL of the following in a single email to hello@preservedaily.com,
subject line: "Refund Request — Order #[your order number]"
Incomplete submissions are closed and cannot be reopened.

§3.1 Order data
- Your order number
- Full name on the order
- Shipping address and email used at checkout
- Last four digits of the payment card used

§3.2 Bottle photographs (three required)
- Clear photo of the front label
- Clear photo of the back label showing the lot/batch number
- Clear photo of the open bottle from above showing remaining contents
  (must be >80% consumed)
All photos must include a handwritten note with today's date and order number.
Edited, stock, or recycled photos will be declined.

§3.3 Daily-use log
A written log covering the full 60 days, including:
- Start and end date of your protocol
- Number of gummies per day and time(s) taken
- Any days missed (more than 3 missed days disqualifies the request)
- Other supplements or medications taken, including your GLP-1 dose
- 3–5 sentences describing the outcome you expected vs. what you experienced

§3.4 Healthcare provider acknowledgement (required for "didn't work" claims)
A brief written acknowledgement from a licensed healthcare provider confirming
you discussed the outcome with them. Not required for adverse events,
damaged/defective claims, or lost-package claims.

§3.5 Two objective measurements (start + day 60)
Submit one baseline measurement within 72 hours of starting and one endpoint
measurement on day 60 (±2 days), using the same method. Acceptable methods:
- Grip-strength dynamometer — best of three attempts, dominant hand, in kg
- 30-second sit-to-stand test — full stands from a 17"/43 cm chair
- 6-minute walk test — distance in meters on a measured indoor course
- DEXA, InBody, or Bod Pod scan from a clinic, with dated report
- Mid-arm circumference in cm, soft tape, relaxed dominant biceps
Self-reported numbers without documentation are not accepted.

§4. RETURN OF THE USED BOTTLE
If approved, ship the empty or near-empty bottle back postmarked within 7
calendar days of the approval email. CUSTOMER PAYS ALL RETURN SHIPPING.
Refund issues within 5–10 business days of receipt — not on approval date.
If the bottle does not arrive within 21 calendar days of approval, the refund
is automatically reversed.

§5. THE SINGLE-SUBMISSION RULE
You get one chance to submit a complete dossier. We may request missing items
once. If the second submission is still incomplete, the case is permanently
closed. No partial refunds are issued.

§6. REVIEW PROCESS
- Receipt confirmation: within 1 business day
- Review of complete dossier: within 5 business days
- Final decision: within 10 business days of complete dossier
- Decisions are final

§7. GROUNDS FOR DECLINE
- Incomplete dossier (missing measurements, missing healthcare acknowledgement)
- Edited, recycled, or stock photo evidence
- Bottle more than 20% full on day 60+
- More than 3 missed days in the 60-day window
- Different measurement methods used at baseline and day 60
- Dossier received outside the 70-day window
- Prior PRESERVE™ refund on the same household
- Chargeback initiated before or during review
- Product purchased from a third-party reseller
- Reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or coordinated refund activity

§8. WHAT IS NEVER REFUNDED
- Subscription auto-renewals beyond the first shipment
- Bulk, wholesale, B2B, or resale orders
- Third-party purchases
- Shipping, handling, return shipping, and taxes
- Promotional credits, store credits, gift cards, discount codes
- Taste, texture, smell, color, or packaging preference complaints

§9. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCT
Email hello@preservedaily.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the
issue, photos of the shipping carton, and the lot number. We will replace or
fully refund — no protocol or dossier required.

§10. LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If tracking shows delivery but you didn't receive the package: check with
neighbors, wait 48 hours, file a carrier search. If still missing, email
hello@preservedaily.com within 14 days of tracked delivery. Claims after 14
days are not eligible.

§11. ADVERSE EVENTS
If you experience an adverse reaction: stop immediately, contact your
healthcare provider, and email hello@preservedaily.com with your order number,
a description of the reaction, and confirmation you spoke to a provider. Full
refund issued — no protocol, dossier, or bottle return required.

§12. CHARGEBACKS
Email hello@preservedaily.com BEFORE initiating a chargeback. Initiating a
chargeback before, during, or after a dossier review automatically disqualifies
the request. We will provide the card network with the full order record.

§13. SINGLE-REFUND-PER-HOUSEHOLD
Each household is eligible for one refund only, for the lifetime of our
business relationship.

§14. GOVERNING LAW
This policy is governed by applicable law. Each party waives the right to
participate in any class action or representative proceeding. Nothing in this
policy limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.

§15. CHANGES
The policy in effect on the date of your order governs your order.

The 60-day guarantee is real. The conditions are also real. We've written this
policy to be enforceable because we'd rather you read it now and decide
carefully than be surprised later.
