Where is my order? Check your email for the tracking number we sent within 24 hours of dispatch. If tracking hasn’t moved in 5+ business days, write to us.

How do I cancel or pause my subscription? Log into your account → Subscriptions → click “Pause”, “Skip”, or “Cancel”. 30 seconds, no phone call required. If you’d rather we do it for you, email us your order number.
