Shipping Policy
Effective date: May 13, 2026
1. Where we ship
We currently ship within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. International shipping is on our 2026 roadmap.
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or U.S. territories outside Alaska and Hawaii.
2. Shipping speed
- Order processing — ships within 24 hours, Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)
- Standard ground — 3–5 business days from dispatch
- Alaska & Hawaii — 5–7 business days from dispatch
Orders placed before 12pm Eastern Time on weekdays typically ship the same day.
3. Shipping cost
- All subscription orders — Free shipping, every order, no minimum.
- One-time orders over $74 — Free shipping.
- One-time orders under $74 — Flat-rate $5.95 ground.
4. Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you have not received tracking within 2 business days of order placement, email hello@preserve-glp1.com.
5. Lost or delayed packages
If tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, or your package shows "delivered" but you did not receive it: check with neighbors, wait 48 hours (mis-scans are common), then email us. We'll work with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Damaged products
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will replace at no cost or refund — your choice.
7. Incorrect address
It's your responsibility to provide a correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. A re-shipping fee of $5.95 may apply.
8. Climate considerations
PRESERVE™ gummies are stable at typical room temperature. In extreme summer heat, gummies may soften slightly during transit. They are still fully potent — store in a cool dry place for 24 hours and they'll return to normal texture.
