TERMS OF SALE
Effective date: May 2026

ARTICLE 1 — SCOPE
These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases of PRESERVE™ products made on our
website by consumers purchasing for personal use. They exclude wholesale, B2B,
or resale purchases.

ARTICLE 2 — PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
Products are offered subject to availability. Product images are illustrative
only. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale without notice.
If an item is out of stock after you have placed your order, we will notify
you and offer a full refund or a substitute.

ARTICLE 3 — PRICES
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Prices do not include shipping costs, which
are calculated and displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to modify prices
at any time; the price at the time of your order governs.

ARTICLE 4 — ORDER FORMATION
  Step 1: Add products to cart, proceed to checkout.
  Step 2: Review order, enter shipping and payment information, submit.
  Step 3: Receive order confirmation email — this constitutes acceptance and
          forms a binding contract.
We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

ARTICLE 5 — PAYMENT
Payment is due in full at the time of order. All payments are processed
securely through Shopify Payments using TLS encryption. We do not store your
payment card details. For subscription orders, you authorize recurring charges
at the agreed schedule.

ARTICLE 6 — SUBSCRIPTIONS
Each subscription shipment constitutes a separate sale under these Terms. You
may cancel future subscription shipments at any time per our Cancellation
Policy.

ARTICLE 7 — DELIVERY
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not
liable for carrier delays or force majeure events.

ARTICLE 8 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
As PRESERVE™ products are consumable goods, opened or partially used products
are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal once the seal has been broken.

For sealed, unopened products: you may return within 30 days of delivery at
your own expense for a full product refund (excluding shipping).

Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee is a voluntary commercial guarantee governed
by our Refund Policy. It supplements — not replaces — your statutory rights.

ARTICLE 9 — WARRANTIES
We warrant that products conform to their description and are free from
manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. Report any defect within 14
days of delivery by emailing hello@preservedaily.com with photographic
evidence.

ARTICLE 10 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our liability under these Terms of Sale shall be limited to the price paid for
the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for
indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

ARTICLE 11 — PERSONAL DATA
Data collected in connection with your purchase is processed per our Privacy
Policy.

ARTICLE 12 — DISPUTES
Contact hello@preservedaily.com before initiating any formal dispute. We will
resolve complaints within 5 business days. Unresolved disputes shall be
submitted to the competent courts, without prejudice to any non-waivable
consumer rights.
