PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY
Effective date: May 2026

SUBSCRIPTIONS
Some products are offered as subscriptions with repeat deliveries based on the
frequency you select. Your payment details are stored securely and you will be
charged per delivery unless you cancel.

HOW TO CANCEL OR MODIFY

  Option 1 — Self-serve (instant, 24/7):
  Log in to your account → Manage Subscriptions → Pause, Skip, Change
  Frequency, or Cancel. Changes take effect immediately.

  Option 2 — Email:
  Send your order number and requested change to hello@preservedaily.com
  We process requests within 1 business day.

To avoid being charged for your next shipment, cancel at least 24 hours before
your next scheduled billing date (visible in your account dashboard).

Cancellation stops all future charges immediately. Shipments already billed
and dispatched cannot be cancelled. First shipments are covered by our Refund
Policy. NO cancellation fees. NO minimum commitment.

Subscription auto-renewals beyond the first shipment are not eligible for
refunds under the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

PRE-ORDERS
You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once fulfilled and
shipped, cancellation is not available, but you may request a refund per our
Refund Policy.

TRY BEFORE YOU BUY
If offered, your payment method is authorized before fulfillment. If you do
not return the item within the stated period, you will be charged the full
amount.
